A lot of us are expecting the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 to hit the market soon so to make things exciting Samsung Electronics has announced an official Unveiling Date for the Galaxy Note 8. August 23rd. The event will be held at Samsung’s Unpacked event around the world. The main event is set to occur in New York City beginning at 11 a.m. ET.
The event is crucial for the company as Apple is also gearing up to announce their next iPhone. Samsung’s press invitations included a silhouetted phone which is a bit more square compared to the S8 and with an S pen shown as well. During the press many are expecting someone to take some time to explain or remind the people of how the company is taking safety seriously. Samsung’s current battery check (8-point check system) is the best in the industry.
Expected specs of the Note 8 include a 6.3 inch Infinity Display, 6 GB of RAM, 64 or 128 GB of internal storage, 12 MP dual camera, Snapdragon 835 octa-core processor, a 3300 mAh battery, Android 7.1.1 and a more advanced S pen experience.
